Posted in the last 30 minutes Wine: 1999 Trinchero Napa County Mee Estate MerlotThis wine was medium priced and probably worth it. It is very oaky and has a distinct flavour, the aroma was blueberries, cloves and other spices. The wine on the palate started off very good with dark berries then peppery overtones as it hit mid-palate. The finish was light and fragrant. (tasted Feb'07)

1 hour old Wine: 2006 Trinchero County Estate MerlotThe wine is very nice, bought through this site and half of its retail price. The aroma was strong and dark berries. I would highly recommend at this price. (tasted Feb'07)

2 hours ago Winery: Maison de BoueeThis relatively new winery has great hospitality and the proprietor is quite amiable. There are tasting areas which are clean and well presented but they are understaffed if you are in a hurry. When we got to chat, the owner was incredibly knowledgable about his wines. There was also a cheese tasting on the day we arrived - this went down very well! Plenty of bottles, and easy purchasing of bulk quantities made this a top visit.

3 hours ago Winery: Sun river wineryHigh tech place with newly refitted tasting area. Separate building for sales. This is a new winery with little history but offering a great quality experience. We were treated like royalty by the owner. Highly recommended!
